We conduct interviews for all members before they're actually admitted into our society for numerous reasons, but amongst the most important are:

To assess the seriousness of the applicant.

To learn more about an applicant, we believe the one-on-one interviews gives us a edge not offered in other organizations. When we know more about our members we can better attend to their wants and needs.

To teach the applicant more about the Established Leaders' Society
