While all members participate in the Society's Assembly, the level of participation in the other two branches depends on your specific mission and goals within our society. There will be members that join ELS strictly to take advantage of our business opportunities, they are more likely to be deeply involved with the IPO branch of ELS. Other members are deeply concerned with the various ills of our society, these members are more likely to be more involved with the Social Trust of Established Leaders. It is important to note, however, that we do encourage all members to be involved with all branches of our society. In fact, it is required that all members get involved in at least two STEL projects, programs, or activities.
