The Ram to Ram Pilot Program

Last Thursday at our 1st Society's Assembly Mr. Knapp and the VCU Business Society revealed that they were interested in doing a pilot mentorship program with the Established Leaders' Society. The VCU Business Society is an organization for the School of Business's over 23,000 alumni. In this pilot, 10-15 of our members will be selected to become mentees to 10-15 highly distinguished alumni. These mentors are really amongst the who's who of the Richmond community, many of them are the CEO, President, Principal, or Vice President of their respective companies or branches. We have been selected to participate because of the distinguished and professional qualities within our society. Eventually the VCU Business Society will be opening up a full out Ram to Ram mentorship program for all VCU Business students, this pilot is meant to lay the foundation for such a future program. After this initial program, which will last 10 weeks, we will be working hand in hand with the VCU Business Society so that they may successfully launch this program in the near future for most of all VCU Business students. Although this is for VCU's School of Business, many of the other schools at VCU are expected to launch similar programs in the future. It is up to us to push them in the right direction.
