The major purpose of this organization is to create a community of like minded aspiring individuals, within the proper environment where dreams, ideas, and goals can be turned into realities.

Our Mission

The underlying objective for The Established Leaders Society is to educate, empower and connect emerging leaders to a network of like-minded individuals in an environment where projects and programs can be created and/or enhanced. One goal is for fellow members to ascend to positions of influence where they could use the ELS network to launch organizations, guide policies and affect cross-sector partnerships that address social, economic and environmental issues from the Richmond area through the world.

Our Vision

The most effective, efficient, and beneficial way of serving our purpose and mission is by creating strong alliances amongst the strongest students, alumni, professors and researchers, advisors and administrators, investors, business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders within the VCU and Richmond community. We envision building and nurturing an environment that would allow for various types of collaboration amongst these groups to ultimately bring real and mutually beneficial opportunities to all parties involved.
