Because all of the seed money to get started on a business may not be provided by our investor groups or loans and etc., we created the public offering as a way to bridge the gap and fulfill the needs of an entrepreneur to ensure their eventual implementation and success of their plan. The Public Offering not only provides another avenue of funding for the soon to be entrepreneur, but also provides great investment opportunities for the members of our society.

The Public Offering provides the chance for the founder of an enterprise to give a presentation to the members at large (Society's Assembly) and give them full insight into what the venture/opportunity is. The members who like the idea will have the chance to invest into the idea by purchasing shares into the start-up company and even have the opportunity to become heavily involved in the promising enterprise.
