Research and Development

The Established Leaders' Society is a society dedicated to your success. We know that becoming an entrepreneur is no easy task, so we have provided a division within our society whose sole function is to make this process much easier for you. The Research and Development section of the IPO is where all the feasibility studies are conducted for businesses created by ELS members. A guideline of how a typical research and development program would be carried out follows below:

For your convenience, we have created a brief summary of our guideline; however, detailed explanations of each step are readily available as you will see (at the end of reading this summarized version).

1. The aspiring entrepreneur (you) will fill out and submit the prerequisites form.

2. Once prerequisites are passed the aspiring entrepreneur will be assigned a research team, if you for whatever reason do not pass, no worries, we will assist you in making the grade.

3. The assembly of your Research Team

4. Meetings with Research Team, where you will fully develop your business plan

5. Entrepreneur Assessment, an assessment where you will be tested on your readiness to become an entrepreneur and your competitiveness in your respective market.

6. Final recommendations, the research team will make their last recommendations and your business plan will be sent to the ELS executive board for approval.

7. Stamp of Approval from ELS

8. Show me the money! once this rigorous process is passed the aspiring entrepreneur will get to go for funding amongst the various ways we provide, which include our investor base, investor groups, and etc
